Right to data portability (art. 20): You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format provided to us, and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller where the processing is based on consent or a contract and carried out by automated means unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or the exercise of official authority, and provided that such transmission does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Right to complain to the data protection authority (art. 77): Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the regulations on data protection, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State where you habitually reside, work, or where the alleged infringement occurred.

The Data Controller shall notify the Data Subject of such extension and the reasons for the delay within one month of receiving the request.
