If you decide to return the product, please ensure it is in the same condition as you received it: intact and complete with all components and additional accessories.
Returns are completely free, and we will take care of the shipping costs for the return of the merchandise. Once the return is received at our warehouses and its condition is verified, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation email.

Pack the products in the same condition as you received them.
Affix the return label to the package.
Hand the package over to the courier.
